In extending the thoughtful generosity of Charles and Mary Fayne Glotfelty, the mission of the Foundation is to change lives and help our region thrive by championing education, the arts and human services through responsive and proactive grants, scholarships, and partnerships.

In fulfilling its mission, the Foundation believes and is committed to:

There was consensus that over the next three years, the Foundation will focus its efforts on three strategic priorities to strengthen its impact and capacity. Each of these priorities are interconnected, mutually reinforcing and provide a strategic framework for goals, outcomes, and strategies.
